End Cleaning: (payable upon embarkation) - EURO 450
On skippered charters, non-refundable damage waiver of EURO 490 for the Lagoon 42 and
EURO 490 + 290 euros for the 25hp outboard engine is required for the Lagoon 46 and the Bali 4.6 instead of a guarantee.
On bareboat charters for the Lagoon 42 during May and October we ask for additional 600 euros refundable guarantee from a credit card.All prices are subject to change without further notice.
Daily Charters
Upon availability, Goods Sails Yachting Greece can book daily charters, including skipper, hostess or deck hand, light lunch and refreshments, 1500 EURO for 5 hours up or 2100 EURO for 8 hours for up to 8 persons. Prices vary according to the time period and number of persons.

Provisions - can be pre-ordered without any extra service fee if there is a cook or hostess, there is a 150 euros fee in case there is no hostess.
Ways of Payment
A 50% of the total charter fee is required as down payment, to book the boat.
The remaining balance of 50% of the charter fee is payable four weeks (4) prior to embarkation, by bank transfer.
SECURITY DEPOSIT AND DAMAGE WAIVER POLICY
DAMAGE DEPOSIT ON BAREBOAT CHARTERS
A refundable security deposit is requested, at the commencement of the charter, EURO 3900, against the possibility
of any loss, or accident, equipment, or third party, or late redelivery of the boat.
The amount is payable by credit card (visa or master) and is refundable upon the completion of the charter.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT ON SKIPPERED CHARTERS
On skippered charters, a damage waiver only is required at EURO 490.-
This amount is not refunded and covers any non intentional loss, or accident, equipment, or third party.

INSURANCE
All GOOD SAILS boats are insured against all risks arising from liability to third parties and damages to the hull, machinery, sea pollution liability and the equipment with a deductible (excess), which corresponds to the agreed security damage deposit paid by the charterer.
Check In/Out Times
Charter contract begins at 17:00 on the day of the charter and checkout is at 09:00 on the last day of the charter.
*Please note the yacht should be returned to the base a day before the end of the charter contract, at 18:00 for
check-out procedure, (refueling of the boat, diver inspection, check-out).
In the event that more guests appear in the marina than the allowed/agreed guests per boat as described in the offer, a 10% of the nominal charter fee will be charged per extra person up to the maximum boat protocol capacity.
SAILING QUALIFICATIONS
According to Greek law, the skipper must hold a valid sailing license in the English language, or translated in English. Additionally a sailing cv/resume/track record is required (due to boat size and windy weather in Mykonos Greece)
CANCELLATION POLICY WEEKLY CHARTERS
In the event of cancellation of the charter by the Charterer, for any reason, the following cancellation policy will apply and depending on the time interval between the booking confirmation and the cancellation date:
a. A cancellation fee of 30% of the total charter fee, for bookings, canceled within a period of more than 60 days prior to boat embarkation.
b. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total charter fee, for bookings, canceled within a period of 60-30 days prior to boat embarkation.
c. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total fee, for bookings, canceled in a period less than 30 days prior to boat
embarkation.
In case that the yacht under cancellation is re-chartered to another charterer for the same period and under the same conditions, only the dossier expenses will be charged at EURO 300.
